| Booking & Inquiries | 1. All tattoo requests must be submitted through the official booking form. 2. Inquiries are reviewed individually—if your idea aligns with my style and availability, I’ll respond with next steps. 3. Not all submissions are accepted. This ensures that the work I take on meets both your expectations and my standards. | Deposits | 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward the total cost of your tattoo during your final session unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise. 2. Your deposit covers design time and holds your place on the schedule. 3. Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduled within the allowed time frame (see Reschedules). | Reschedules & Cancellations | 1. You may reschedule your appointment once, with at least 72 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. 2. Last-minute cancellations (under 72 hours) or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. 3. A new deposit will be required to book again. | Pricing & Payment | 1. Pricing is based on size, detail, and placement. Quotes will be provided after concept approval. 2. I offer hourly and per-piece rates depending on the project. 3. Final payment is due at the end of each session. I accept CA$H or ZELLE payments at blackngrey.rich@gmail.com. 4. Touch-ups for healed tattoos are available if needed, and may be free or discounted depending on the situation (see Touch-Up Policy). | Touch-Up Policy | 1. A free touch-up is offered within 90 days of your session for standard fading or healing inconsistencies. 2. Touch-ups are not included for tattoos on hands, fingers, feet, or other high-wear areas. 3. Neglected aftercare or visible damage caused by client error may void this offer. | Design Policy | 1. All designs are custom and created based on your approved concept. 2. Designs will be shown the day before your appointment unless otherwise discussed. 3. Minor adjustments can be made at your session. Major redesigns may require rescheduling and a new deposit. | Age & ID | 1. You must be 18 or older with valid photo ID—no exceptions. | Health & Safety | 1. Please arrive well-rested, fed, and hydrated. No alcohol or blood thinners 24 hours prior. 2. If you’re feeling sick or unwell, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule (within 48 hours). 3. All equipment used is sterile and single-use. The studio follows strict sanitation protocols. | Guests | 1. You may bring one guest, but I ask that they remain respectful and quiet during the session. 2. No children or additional visitors are allowed in the workspace.
